Lechon Asado
Oriente region-style roasted pork, seasoned with fresh garlic, oregano, white wine, and laurel leaves. A house specialty for over two decades.
Drunken Shrimp
Camarones Borracho — fresh shrimp sauteed in olive oil, white wine, onions, garlic, and our signature mojo sauce. You must dunk your bread!
